With the steel rule dies made to cut & crease & give a shape to sheet of paper or corrugated sheet, Die Cutting Machine is used to make any type of packaging boxes.The main purpose of the Die Cutting Machine is to cut, emboss & texturize the materials such as paper, thin metal(soft), sponge, polyfoam, leather, foil, poster board, fabric, mat board, wall paper, rubber used in rubber stamps, corrugated sheets.The tedious task of cutting letters, numbers & shapes again & again with perfect shape and accuracy is done by Die Cutting machine.The Die Cutting Machine is also used for stationery, greeting, wedding, scrapbooks & invitation cards.Kiss Cutting, with the adjustments of the mechanical stops,the stroke cut end position can be set to cut through the material but not the release paper(carrier paper),the label or the self adhesive material made in to shape by die cutting machine remains on the carrier paper for later peel off and dispensing.This process is called kiss cutting.
